    2. Select the protected product you need to file a claim on.
    3. Click on “Submit claim on bolt” or “View plan” to login the bolt claims portal
    4. Log in to the bolt claims portal
    5. Select the covered product and start the claims process.
  • How long do I have to file my claim?

    Your claim must be reported within 30 days of when the incident occurred.

  • How long does it take to complete a claim?

    Filing a claim takes minutes, and you will know immediately if the claim was accepted or not.

  • Where can I check my coverage?

    Select “Shop”, then “Orders”.
    In your TikTok Shop app, go to “Shop” > “Orders,” then select the product.
    Choose the product you want to check for coverage on. Coverage for TikTok shop purchases can be found within your TikTok app.
    Protection plan details will show the item protected, the administrator of the protection, and coverage dates.

  • Where can I check my claim status?

    Claims filed with bolt can be tracked in the bolt Claims portal by logging in to your account and selecting “Claims”.

    • Log into your TikTok shop app and go to “Orders” section under the “Shop” tab.
    • Select the protected product you need to check file a claim status on.
    • Click on “Submit claim on bolt” or “View plan” to enter the bolt claims portal
    • Log in to the bolt claims portal using the same email used for your TikTok shop purchase and select “Claims”
  • What is the limit of liability per claim?

    Your bolt limit for a covered item is based on the retail price that you paid for your item. If you need to file a claim, the reimbursement is limited to the retail amount, excluding taxes and fees.

  • What should I do if my order doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged?

    Contact TikTok to request a refund or replacement

  • How can I change or cancel my order?

    Log into your TikTok app and request a “Return/Refund” for your order, and your bolt protection will be canceled along with your order.
    If you only want to cancel your bolt protection, please submit a request to TikTok customer support
