How it works
With FutureProof powered by bolt, every smartphone on your wireless bill is protected. Whether it’s a cracked screen, a malfunctioning camera or water damage, you have 24/7 online claims access to get your phone back up and running fast.
| Device Retail Price | Service Fee For Repair | Service Fee For Replacement [1] |
| Up to $500 | $49 | $99 |
| $500 or greater | $99 | $199 |
[1] Every effort will be made to fix your damaged device. If the device is not repairable, the replacement service fee will apply.
Service fees apply per approved claim as determined by bolt. The service fees noted above are the only fees required when receiving repair or replacement under this program.
