What is covered under my eufyCare?
eufyCare (and eufy extended coverage) covers malfunctions and mechanical failures
beyond your regular 12-month OEM coverage period. -
Which of my devices are covered?
Coverage is provided when an extended coverage is purchased on an individual device.
Extended coverage is also included with subscriptions for eufy security monitoring
when purchased in a bundle. -
What do I need to file my claim?
Valid purchase order number. Serial number of the defective item (must match the
product in question). -

How many claims can I make?
Extended coverage allows for an unlimited number of claims but may not exceed the
value of the original purchase price of your bundle or device. -
Will I need to send in my device if I’m making a coverage claim?
eufy may require you to send in your malfunctioning device for triage prior to issuing a
replacement. -
